Iran to impose export duty on iron ore

It's reported that Iran will levy iron ore export duty by 50% on concentrates and 35% on pellets.

According to Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization, the resolution was decided during the ministry summit meeting of export and trade, economy, industry, mining and agriculture.

Meanwhile, it has been approved by Iran's President to be put into effect 2 months later.
