US ferrosilicon price kept rising recently as China cut ferrosilicon exports. The market price of ferrosilicon has soared to USD 1.10 to USD 1.15 per pound from USD 1.05 to USD 1.12 per pound the deal price is at USD 1.13 to USD 1.15 per pound. It's known that some traders have even raised the prices to USD 1.20 per tonne however, it is not accepted. However, some predicted that the price may reach USD 1.20 per pound before the end of production cut. It's predicted that the supply of ferrosilicon would remain tight relatively because the demand from the US refinery and the EU is rising recently. (Source: YIEH.com)
