In January, the total production of automobiles in China was around 1.94 million tons, dropped by 27% month on month, and 18% declined year on year. Moreover, the total sales of automobiles in China were around 1.78 million tons, also dropped by 34% month on month, and 25% year on year. The weak performance was not only affected by the Wuhan pneumonia, the little working days in January (because of the Lunar New Year holiday) also needed to take into consideration.
